New Requirement to File "Material Contracts" Entered Into in the Ordinary Course of Business

Changes to National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations will come into force on March 17, 2008, and will affect certain filing requirements of reporting issuers with respect to material contracts. These changes were made in conjunction with comprehensive changes to the national prospectus requirements in National Instrument 41-101 General Prospectus Requirements.
